Unfortunately, in the USA, you can come from a very successful, respected and lucrative heritage that goes back five generations, from your children, and end up in the streets living below poverty level or dead because of poverty.

I live below poverty level at almost 70 years old; both my partner and I do, and it’s all because of unaddressed by the proper authorities financial and real estate crime.

True Story!

In fact the everyday hard working, first generation, US citizen with little or no financial support and advice, has more of a chance of success, in this country, than the fourth or fifth generation offspring of great success financially; cared for by expert, conservative financial expertise. But don’t count on this point because corruption has taken over the USA.


Ever heard of Sunny von Bulow the California Heiress who spent twenty years in a coma, supposedly, brought on by her own hand?

Her husband Claus von Bulow stood trial for Sunny’s fate, but was acquitted.

Personally, it’s my educated opinion, his acquittal was corrupted and paid for not earned.


I know you’ve heard about the heirs and heiresses whom are gossiped about through community and media who lost their fortune and recently died alone in a flea bitten motel in the middle of nowhere.

The message to the world is, “Oh look; she/he was an heir/heiress to “whatever” and so spoiled they lost it all by spending like drunken sailors” or “Look, they’re drug addicts, I knew it”!

And this may be true for some,but not the majority, after what I’ve seen and experienced. People who come from a long line of wealth do not see money as something to squander; they’re too used to having; trust it will always be there, and instead focus on relationships they feel far more important than money; easy if you don’t have to worry about money of course; but their accusers think of nothing else but ...money, while transferring their greed onto their victims, as they steal from them and spread untrue rumors so as to deflect blame.

The once wealthy victims end up destitute in the streets penniless, their perpetrators never held responsible, because the laws, in this country, are almost never upheld unless there’s BIG money involved with the persecution, such as in auto accidents where the injury can’t be questioned, because the victim is dead or mangeled beyond recognition, while the insurance company pays!


By the way, not all heirs and heiresses come from the one percenters or are they one percenters themselves. One percenters come by their wealth by screwing other people over.

Meanwhile, there are wealthy people in this country whose ancestors came to America four, five or even six generations ago; brought their talent and work ethic with them and over many decades of ups and downs created very successful businesses; created much wealth, and if they were lucky instilled this strong work ethic and talent into their offspring.

The problem is jealousy, lust and greed have taken over in this country today, and as long as there’s talent and wealth with no authorities doing their jobs, and the true one percenters, our powerful leaders, committing the crimes that come from jealousy, lust and greed, there really isn’t much hope for you no matter what generation you’re family is in.

If you aren’t connected to government in your profession or through your profession all bets are off for your success in this country unless you know the rules.

Oh you might prevail for awhile, without knowing the rules, but eventually you’ll lose it all to serious financial crime and corruption, while you’ll be labeled a loser and “It’s all your fault”. Exactly how a psychopath describes and blames their prey.

First off these illegal foreclosures are not happening by mistake, or laziness on the part of those working for the financial institutions or mortgage companies. They are taking place on purpose against those who believe if they can show the outrageous errors in court, they’ll prevail.

This has not been my experience, and even more disturbing, there’s little or nothing I can do to fight these outrageous crimes and obtain justice.

My experience, proving what I claim about jealousy and greed, started when I was a child in school.

Kids resented me because I came from an accomplished, respected, and very wealthy family. I would years later learn to understand this but never would I have realized how serious jealousy is in our society; it runs our lives no matter whether you’re very wealthy or just happen to have something someone wants...as small as it may be.

There was nothing I could do to gain acceptance back in my growing up years, or many times during my life since. It has been my life long challenge to overcome.

I have been accused of being born with a silver spoon in my mouth, without these same people knowing anything about me.

I’m not sharing this fact to gain any kind of sympathy, I’m sharing to help the public realize that jealousy touches all our lives everyday, and the bottom line reason for the financial and real estate crimes of the powerful against the public.

Jealousy and greed, by the lustful!

Here are some facts I have learned;

1. The weak hate to see anyone succeed

2. Their jealousy will attack you, often times destroy your life, which is what gives the weak and jealous power.

3. Power seekers relate only to money and assets.

4. Do not hand the care of your money over to any money manager, they are into money that’s why they want to manage it, and if jealous of others having it, they’ll revel in seeing you lose yours and they know no legal action will ever be taken against them. When they lose money, they merely claim the market took a dump; by the way, this is controlled by our government.

5. The government wants all power, so why do people enter the stock market? The government controls our stock market and does not want you to succeed because of their greed!

6. The government controls all our financial institutions; the legal profession and isn’t going against any financial institution because they get paid more if, as a law firm, they represent the banks, and the judge often does big business with the bank he’s asked to sue. So do you think a judge will represent your interests over the financial institution? They might say they will; not reveal their conflict of interest and then control what incriminating evidence, you have in proof of fraud against bank, coming into court, allowing him/her to not order a trial .

7. In fact many judges allow plaintiffs to win a Summary Judgment, but in the end, the plaintiff will lose their home to an illegal foreclosure anyway...taking years before they’ll realize it , and all their money will go for legal help...but never any justice.

8. The best advice of all is know in your heart and soul that anything or anybody connected to our government does not have your best interest in mind; this would include financial institutions, most attorneys, authorities, judges, churches, charities, social services and media. plan your lives accordingly.



Yes, there are laws, in the USA, but they aren’t purposely upheld thanks to the corrupt attorneys, judges and federal authorities. They work together to ignore the crimes, hide them and dismiss them. The media has been sanctioned to help with both false flags and purposeful avoidance of exposing the truth.

Then we have shills all over the Internet giving people hope that Trump is changing things with executive orders. As a man I’m confident he’s our best ally, but a as a president I feel his hands are often tied by the evil in government working behind the scenes.

Trump addresses everything but the financial and real estate crimes since he was elected.

I have never heard Trump mention the financial institutions, and Banksters, until I received a message this afternoon on Facebook that he signed an executive order today to address all the financial and real estate fraud.

Interesting timing since he’s with Putin today? How does he have time?

I have had my complete trust embezzled by trustees, attorneys and a national financial institution; lost two multimillion dollar homes to illegal foreclosure; had my own attorney steal both my home and another piece of property in the Sierra Nevada’s; one of my homes had no loan against it at all.

To shut me up I’ve almost lost my life by the hands of one of the embezzlers.

I’ve reported all this crime starting in 2001 and for eighteen years continuously; first to all the financial watchdogs and FBI, then onto the attorney generals in four different states, and the US Attorney General. I’ve gone to the DOJ, OIG, numerous state bars and state representatives; filed court cases as I was represented by attorneys, all of them corrupt, and represented myself pro se, watching the judge throw out my proof.

I’ve been ignored by authorities or sent obtuse form letters.

I’ve seen nothing in my two cases happen positive towards justice, just continuous corruption in my attorneys and judges as well as in the authorities, as I work continuously to seek justice.

Still worse I’ve learned that the churches, charities and social services do nothing to help victims whom have been thrown into the streets by all the crime, such as that which has destroyed my life as well as that of my partner Larry’s, through our once thriving business together.

Our business destroyed by more crime in retaliation for my reporting the original financial and real estate crimes to the proper authorities.

I’ve written three different presidents over my 18 year battle, during my most desperate times, and ignored; I’ve actually written Trump in the last three months daily.

We have lost our resources, as of a number of years ago, but somehow God restores, our ability to survive, and we experience miracles keeping us alive; we have no more recourses for the courts...pro se or otherwise; the government plan.

Now I don’t know if I’m alone in what I’ve learned? I don’t believe so, but for the same reason I was ostracized in youth, because of my wealth, I’m as well now with my case against the Banksters. Many other victims to all this financial and real estate crime exile me from their community battle against the financial and mortgage companies because they are still jealous of me; now it’s because I lost more than they have.

Truly what difference does it make when we have now all lost everything? In fact most of you are better off than Larry and I are today...you have support from each other, we don’t! I’m still being punished by many for being an heiress.


I was told in 2012 by one of the so called leaders in this battle against the Banksters, William J Wagener, who also interviewed me while undermining my story with, “What do you know, you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth so you deserve to be homeless and penniless”.

This after it was I who shared many truths about the financial institutions with other suffering victims back in 2012 because I had already twelve years under my belt worth of facts.

If these facts come from an heiress, then they can’t be recognized...is the message. Well now how naive is this attitude? I once had millions of dollars, would I not have some experience with greed and corruption in financial institutions?

Yet, I recall as a child going to visit my grandpa Kaseberg as he lay in bed at a very elderly age, ill. I was about five years old. I asked Grandpa if he had any candy? He reached under his mattress and pulled out a dollar bill and lovingly handed it to me saying, “ Now don’t spend it all in one place my dear.” I thanked him, promised to take his advice and then asked, “Why do you keep money under your mattress Grandpa?” He said as clear as day, “So I know where it is and know it will be there tomorrow.”

Mind you my grandpa owned an eighty thousand acre sheep ranch in Northern California, in it’s second generation; a property my great grandpa bought with cash during the Gold Rush; cash he earned.

The point is, had I really heard Grandpa back then, I’d still have my money today. But I didn’t because what I heard around me from adults was mostly about how grandpa was slipping a bit, not how smart he had become. Yes,even in the fifties families dishonored the elderly with, “Grandpa’s feeling his age now, poor soul.”

So chew on this for awhile American public...we just don’t believe that very important quote, “Learn from history or you’re bound to repeat it.”

History is being repeated now! It may have shown up dressed differently, but it’s causing the same outcome; destroyed lives;>((

It’s sad really that we all can’t work together in this country, someone such as myself, who had many millions of dollars can sure be a great help to those who aspire to have as much in their lives.

I can actually assist people in what to do with their millions and best protect themselves, and their funds, from the crimes of our government.

Because this is where it all begins. Why you may ask? Because the Government authorities do nothing about these crimes, which are all federal crimes, not civil, and without their intervention the laws will not be upheld.

The best remedy today is prevention and if you’ve already been struck by unaddressed by proper authorities financial and real estate crimes then it’s best to just start your life over, using what you’ve learned about protecting your assets, while continuously exposing your story in warning to others.

Mind you employment is full of crime as well, and though there are Government agencies supposed to handle this, they don’t. Not to mention, finding employment at all is almost impossible for a completely homeless and penniless sixty plus year old whose lifelong experience has only been employer.

Your best bet is creating your own business again, but with the challenges I just mentioned above? And whose going to invest in us so we can rebuild this way?

One should, however. People like us have a whole lot of experience and information that would lend itself well in self employment. This is where Larry and my experience was, and now the financial, and legal knowledge we have is priceless.

Best rule of thumb? Do not use any professionals to help you manage your wealth and keep only what you need to pay your bills in a bank account; nothing more. Do not waste your time creating trusts to protect your assets; they will not protect you in a lawless system. One more point! Did you know that the financial institutions are foreclosing on homes and estates that are completely paid for, in other words have no mortgage against them? So taking out a mortgage to purchase a home really isn’t that risky one way or the other. If your financial institution wants to foreclose on your property they simply will whether you have a mortgage or not!

Do you think anyone would foreclose on property that has no loan against it if they thought you’d ever win a law suit against them, no matter what laws were broken or how you hold your mouth in the court room? The answer is ,”no”! This is why I know a revolt is our only hope in this country.

These horrific crimes are pre-planned..by our US Government.

And watch out for those Common Law groups who claim, for your small donation, they’ll help you fight your law suit in court and win your property back. You know what you’ll likely get? A few thousand dollars more in dept, and lose your property too.

There are no remedies for all the crime and corruption in this country yet; revolt is our only remedy, while the Common Law groups are buying new homes with your donations, as you continue to lose your own property.

Also know, many of the homeless people you see living on the streets come from very successful previous lives, destroyed by government sanctioned financial and real estate crimes, while the government makes sure there’s no way out, on purpose, and the media cements this by falsely reporting what creates our homeless, manipulating the public’s views on homelessness; firstly so you’ll think badly of the homeless, and secondly so you’ll not suspect the same will soon likely take your lives away too.

We are in a Holocaust here people!
