Of course we’re aware; it’s always been known as the “Good Ol’ Boys Club” but when applied to what’s going on today in the financial institutions it takes on a whole new meaning.

We’ve continuingly been reminded that the more prominent a person is the more they’re likely to receive special favors and free stuff!

When I was growing up, part of a very prominent family, what I saw in the daylight was quite different from what was obviously going on in the dark. Likewise what we see today in corruption within the powerful running the country is not new; buried a little closer to the surface now; desperately fighting to stay hidden, and far more serious than yesteryear! This is because when serious issues are hidden they escalate until they blow up! You know, like the unlawful foreclosures going on today to name just one tiny issue! I say tiny because compared to what else is occurring, having escalated now, there are far more sinister issues taking place that the public has no clue about yet! The foreclosures are merely one vehicle to the end! And know this; one trick to keep a person off guard in a relationship between two is to leak out small confessions; allowing the more serious deeds more space to continue. The victim is satisfied with what they think is a truth; the perpetrator is more than pleased with themselves as they continue their attack no matter what it might be. In the country today, it's the financial institutions stealing everything you own boldly and purposely; sanctioned by the USA Government!

Years ago, I saw my father have a friend recommend a great boarding school, for me, when it was full and would be for years. Because of the “relationship” my father had with this business pal, a friend from the Sacramento Sutter Club, I was attending the school before I could utter my name a hundred times in a row. This was considered a cordial favor for which my father, in return, would invite his business pal and family to the cabin to ski in the next coming months. Whatever and basically harmless from where I sat back then, depending on how one looked at it? Never mind at this point that I didn’t want to go to this school; I was attending as a punishment and I hated the place! It’s this process that is so very dangerous and it’s the same process destroying our country.

Actually, because of what has happened to me and the investigation I’ve launched I’ve learned that I’m the third woman in my family to have had all her assets embezzled, by those trusted family members in cahoots with financial institutions, while the federal crimes were and continue to be not addressed by the proper authorities, which goes back to the late 1800s, early 1900s in my family; the 1950s as it relates to my mother. When I was growing up, and this was occurring, I instead was told my independently wealthy mother was mentally ill, as my father got another business pal, probably from the Masons, to prescribe enough medication to my mother to keep her comatose so an ambulance could be beckoned and Mother whisked off to a hospital for a year! If I could go back to these crisis moments in time, I’d bet you there were some huge financial transactions going on out of my mother’s account during this same time? See now why my, prominent in his own right, father putting me in a boarding school by favor of a business pal isn’t very important in the scheme of things? Well depends on how you look at it and why he did this? Looking back today, it was part of my father’s manipulation in stealing my mother’s assets. I was asking too many questions apparently:>(

Why do these memories remind me of what is going on in the USA today?

My great aunt was the third victim I mentioned. All I knew about her growing up was her husband, (along with a financial institution) stole all her money; she had a broken hip; lived in a wheel chair; was never seen without her Rosary in hand; was loving, kind and beautiful even as elderly, while Mother took excellent care of her whenever she was around to do so.

Fortunately for us all, Auntie passed away before I was six years old so I never had to see what the ramifications would have been for Auntie had my father already implemented his plan for Mother to the extent that he eventually did? Well he probably couldn't have in front of Auntie, Mother's last surviving relative. And I said she was wheelchair bound, not meek. My weak and jealous father didn't want to attack my mother at a time when she had no one around to support her, like family in her case. She was well loved by her family.

By the time I was ten years old, Mother was considered a mentally ill alcoholic, who would most often be gone, living in mental hospitals, while sometimes home looking bright and normal with a personality that wouldn’t quit; a love for family and friends that made her unforgettable; and talent beyond most mortals. I never saw her drink more than one glass of alcohol at a time, mostly white wine, and always wondered from a very young age, “What is my father talking about”? In fact I was stupid enough to actually ask him, which got me in trouble every time. I hadn’t had enough experience yet to understand what all this manipulation meant? And I still haven’t learned the art of shutting up!

I did make a promise to myself very early in life to figure it all out; rectify my beautiful mother’s life. Didn’t realize what the crime was if any; just knew my mother was not being presented to the world for whom she actually was and that my father loved this, while trying to convince the world and his daughters that my mother was ill! Three of her daughters, my sisters, still believe what my father spent his life convincing them of, because of his jealousy and greed. I of course don’t believe a word, but know far more about federal crimes, and jealous, greedy husbands who will destroy a family because of this than I care to. And for some reason feel like my sisters, much older than myself, are in on the federal crimes committed against my mother…possibly against me too?

Hum, reminds me of what the United States of America’s leaders are doing to the public as they sanction the federal crimes committed by the financial institutions against the public, while they have the legal world and media bribed to lie enough in all they do to protect the financial elite. What a metaphor! It’s like I was primed within my family for the fight I have today. There’s nothing like good old-fashioned experience to keep one adamant and determined towards the truth!

Of course we've noticed, haven't we, that just as in dysfunctional families, where the sick parents or spouses, usually sociopaths blame their children, wife or husband for their own short comings, so our government, financial institutions and especially the media, representing these entities, blame the public for the sociopathic behavior of these powers that be, and believe me these entities know exactly what they're doing. They are doing it for the rest of the public, who haven't been attacked yet, diverting their attention, so the federal crimes can continue while purposely never addressed! Now why would this be?

So are we still going to argue that we as the public aren’t what we’re surrounded with? Is what we see in our families representative of what our government and powers that be have been doing for decades to the people of the United States of America?

First of all there are no laws in this country, especially federal laws, being upheld unless, a) you’re a scapegoat or b) you have no money to pay for attorney representation, period! And, the financial institutions and attorneys make sure you, as a customer or client, get screwed badly enough, with federal crimes, where you’ll be seen as a criminal after they have victimized you, not a victim to serious federal crime. In fact the more serious the federal crimes committed against you the more likely the proper authorities will never investigate them while your credit is unlawfully abolished; this is where you’ve suddenly become a criminal. Also if you continue to report the federal crimes, committed against you, to the proper authorities you’ll get a “Mafia Hit” for each crime you report until you can’t get employment or government assistance.

My situation started out with KeyBank and McDonald Investments, recommended to me by my divorce attorney, committing federal crimes against me. Little did I know, at the time, they were in the process of Mafia Hitting me to the streets to prevent me from uncovering the big heist; the 80M$s embezzled from the Deborah C. Davis Trust. My punishment was losing four multi-million dollar properties that had no loans against them and all my belongings; plus five of my precious dogs. All to punish me for reporting the 80M$ federal crime my divorce attorney was doing all he could to prevent me from finding out about in order to protect my soon to be ex husband from prosecution for embezzling & laundering these funds while acting as one of my trustees, the other trustee was a well known Michigan attorney.

But what’s truly interesting about all this federal crime is not the crime; it’s the effort put into protecting the criminals to the point of active participation in destroying me. You know psychological warfare; lies; more federal crime; withholding documents from the judge; not showing up in court as an attorney on a case; ignoring of complaints to the proper authorities from behind closed doors of secrecy and more. And my attorneys, and attorney generals in four different states, including Eric Holder and Janet Reno before him, committed all these crimes because they ignore them. I hope we aren’t still wondering why the financial elite, who arrogantly & unlawfully foreclose on our homes, don’t go to jail? We shouldn’t because it’s obvious! The government authorities, financial watchdogs, attorneys and media all work together to protect the financial institutions because this is from where they get their money, bribes etc.

For the government and politicians I believe it’s self-explanatory; for the attorneys it’s quite simple once you think about it. They would rather be representing the financial institution they’re suing than win against them, because they are assured in their minds that they’ll be paid if they represent them in the next case, so they downplay your case, showing the financial institution how tricky they can be with manipulating the suit against them so they won’t lose much if anything at all. Paying 1/16th of a penny on every million dollars a financial institution steals from someone is just the price of doing business, in their minds, so they still win; you as the victim to these crimes still lose your home, funds or both and your attorney just screwed you over. You want to know in what other ways they screw you their client? They lie to you about the laws! Your attorney has no worries about lying like this because the state bars are their allies; not their governing factor which the public believes until they learn the hard way. Truth? The state bars around the country are actually committing advertizing fraud with the information they have on their bar sites. Attorneys are actually freer to commit federal crimes and murder than anyone else in the country along with Obama!

And, guess what? Attorneys shouldn’t even be taking these unlawful foreclosures created by federal crimes on, because these aren’t civil issues. They are federal crimes to be handled by the attorney general in the state who holds jurisdiction, Eric Holder and the FBI. Why should consumers put out more funds to get back what a financial institution stole from them using federal crime? All the while these national corporations, who do business with the public everyday, aren’t even being investigated? Don’t you wonder why?

Come on people, hiring more attorneys, to look over your documents, making more money from you; getting all these documents notarized and then sent to the closest attorney general in the jurisdiction where the federal crimes occurred, while at it you might as well send Eric Holder all the same documents too, will only open you up for this below, or allow you to be part of a class action where you’ll earn about 75 cents for your participation.





Yes, I’m sure you’ve heard lately, on Facebook, about all victims of unlawful foreclosure since 2003 or even sooner should contact their state attorney general? Sorry I’ve been practicing the same action for over twelve years, getting back nothing but form letters from behind locked doors of secrecy, while the attorneys, I continually call, refuse to take my case(s). Yes, they give me all kinds of reasons but I know they’re lying now. There are no statutes to the crimes that have occurred to me, but many of these attorneys are fearful that what has happened to me will come after them and ruin their law practice so they stay way, far away from me.

I’ve also just lately been told, “Well there’s power in numbers.” Yes, I know but do you think the attorney generals all over the country are suddenly going to take action over millions of foreclosures? Eric Holder can’t even take care of Fast & Furious? Besides who’s holding these criminals (authorities) to doing their jobs? Obama? Right as seen below! This letter is Obama's response to my desperate, dying in the streets, plea for help after I contacted every attorney general in my jurisdictions; FBI; Governor; senator; congressman/woman; assemblyman/woman even past President Bush. So see this isn't about what political party is best; it's about the whole United States of America being corrupt! I even contacted Senator Warren who's claiming to be outraged about the financial institutions' federal crimes going unaddressed? Don't believe it! She's merely gearing up for something; not sure what yet? Oh I know maybe she wants to run for president against Hillary Clinton. All I know is I've contacted her many times; because I've actually done it all to help myself even represented myself pro per twice through this mess, but just as the powers that be counted on, I ran out of money temporarily; so feel safe my little pretties until I ride again!

Well if you’ve read this blog from the beginning of it’s existence then you’re covered as far as understanding the federal crimes and corruption that have attacked my family and me; if you’re new to visit I recommend that you start by reading the first posts made back in March/April 2012, Part 1-6 Heiress Lives In A Tent; The New Face Of The Homeless In America. And, this title states a fact that will continue to escalate, in everyone's life, if the truth isn’t exposed to the public.

Yes there are many Americans whom have lost it all as well, accepting facts based on what they hear in the media…the horrible economy which in my mind, because of what I’ve personally seen and experienced over the last now twelve to sixteen years, is not entirely true. I would label America’s problems as unaddressed federal crime & corruption from the top down or said another way, “Fish rot from the head down.” A quote I heard not long ago that describes what has happened to America perfectly.

Many would claim I know nothing because I am an heiress who lost it all, which in their minds makes me different, unapproachable, one of the 1%, spoiled, pretentious and certainly not educated in the true ways of the world…I’ve been pampered too much.

Truth is one of these titles is true. I was spoiled financially until I was forty-eight years old, but since then I’ve lived in poverty as horrendous as Ethiopia might be, and I’m now sixty-four years old. Even my enemies would never call me unapproachable. I am not and never have been part of the 1%. The 1%ers are a group of people on this planet who came by their wealth by crime and corruption in my mind. There are plenty of families who have money, mostly inheritances, from the hard work of their ancestors who came over to America with talent and earned their money, passing it on to the next generation. Then there are still Americans who work hard and should be able to advance, but today it’s impossible! All people with money are considered a disease, in this country today, born out of jealousy and greed unless they are part of the government posse, consisting of financial institutions, huge corporations, almost all the attorneys, certain powerful actors, the media and government authorities. These are the real 1% and they are destroying this country while our government allows it to happen!

One of the reasons no one in the public, if not members of the posse, will ever succeed in the USA if stories like mine aren't exposed is because whatever you do earn with your sweat and tears will be stolen from you by the posse and I know, through experience how they do it. I will tell you now, the better financial decisions you make the more likely it will all be embezzled, extorted and laundered, while the better real estate decisions you make will leave your property as a target for a financial institution to illegally foreclose on it even if you have no loan against it, owning it outright! And, the biggest problem we have is no authority will do a thing about it!

At this point I have more to offer the average everyday American than ever before. Why? Well because I've seen federal crimes committed that are never exposed by the media and these crimes usually happen to citizens who have substantial assets, yet are not part of the posse, while the techniques used to unlawfully foreclose, embezzle, extort, and launder funds from all of us will amaze and shock; and the crimes I've seen will keep you with that dream from ever achieving it, because it won't be possible with the agendas the financial institutions and our US Government have.

My partner Larry, and I would like you to decide what we as a nation need to work on and I’ll promise you this, our story will at least entertain you with recollections of the old Gaslight film of the 1940’s; Dominick Dunne in his hay day; Ted Bundy’s sociopathic behavior gone “bankster” and cause you to imagine Ann Rule’s envy and frustration over she not finding this story first:>)) Well she couldn’t have, it’s mine…ours:>))

Which brings me to Hollywood’s approach on scripts written by the people who’ve lived the story and how they’re not only refused but their work is discarded without a reading? Now is that nice and open minded? Sylvester Stallone wrote his script and acted in the film too and that worked out okay. He made some money, so I hear, and so did everyone connected to him. What’s more the circumstances by which he created the script and insisting that he star in the film actually made his movie more desirable to the audience…not less? So honestly don’t understand the reluctance, while neither Larry nor I want to be in this film; we merely want to be instrumental in making it? Anyone who would work as hard as Sylvester Stallone to get done what he dreamed of doing is a natural moneymaker. And these are exactly the qualities Larry and I hold.

Larry and I have had extensive experience with horrific federal crimes committed first against my trust and me...eventually after we started reporting these crimes to the proper authorities the crimes attacked Larry too. I can describe these eventual experiences as nothing short of "Mafia Hits" most probably to shut us up. What we've experience on our road to justice is mind boggling and we know every American will benefit from our solid twelve years experience uncovering federal crimes committed against the public by the entities we should be able to trust, and the public most probably has no idea this is occurring until everything they have worked for during their lives has been criminally stolen from them and they set out to hire attorneys and report these crimes to the proper government or other authorities. Until people find themselves having to contact every branch of law enforcement there is they do not realize, what we found out. In fact they may not realize that they must investigate the laws themselves as the attorneys actually lie about the laws to protect the financial institutions. None of the authorities do their jobs and the media won't report these crimes.

The movie goer, like the reader, is in for both a dysfunctional,sociopathic family saga of a lifetime and a gaslighting murder mystery, tied up with government corruption that concerns all consumers worldwide that do business with financial institutions; attorneys; politicians and media, whether they be mainstream, alternative, alternative, alternative or people powered such as Twitter and Facebook.

We have already had someone in the industry read our script and love it. He's an actor and director from California living in Toronto, Rick Cordeiro. I invite you to look him up on IMDB for his credits, which are quite impressive.

Both Larry and I have had extensive experience in creating and managing our own businesses; Larry in restaurants seating 700 hundred at a time, contracting and building, designing and building furniture, breeding and training horses and scriptwriting.

My experience has been in managing three multimillion dollar properties, raising children, creating and managing my own fashion design business, designing, drafting patterns and sewing; educated at Parsons of New York. In photography; studied at the Center of Creative Studies in Detroit.

I have for the last five years written my memoir while Larry and I together studied scriptwriting with an English professor, Sean Ireland teaching this craft at Santa Monica City College. Larry and I have since written four scripts and have just started a "Dramedy" for TV.

As I’m sure you understand, most creative people can pretty much approach any artistic medium with success, especially when they have the work ethic to go with it, and I believe we do.

At the moment, we want to produce our first film together with a seasoned producer from whom we will learn as we go. We already have an actor wanting to play one of the major parts in this film. We'd like to produce and film this movie,taking it on the film festival circuit next year, 2014 dependent on getting the funding we need from possibly you or a number of investors?

We believe our film will not only entertain, as the audience responds with every emotion humanly possible without getting arrested, but teach as well, while the public won't even feel the education occurring that will save their financial lives.

Yes, media organizations who pride themselves in really, really telling the truth based on the fact there is little truth coming from MSM or alternative sources, but in all honesty, I don’t know what they call themselves other than by the title they give which consists of a personal name, such as a William, (Mr. IWasTheFirstToInterviewAfterTheTrial…) or something all encompassing like, Lawless America.

Actually based on what the public knows about the MSM these alternative, alternative media have to be worse, in my mind, because they are scared to death the government mafia will come after them, if they really tell the truth, so they pussy foot around the truth with little leeks here and there and call it the truth! They’ll tell you they want your story, once and for all, getting the truth to the poor public then they’ll manufacture reasons why they just can’t get to you to do the interview? I mean really it’s worse than sociopathic behavior, which makes them worse than MSM. But, they aren’t media whores like alternative media yet; they ‘re alternative news“want-a-bees”.

So this leaves the victims to horrendous federal crimes committed against them by national financial institutions and important leaders that run the United States of America, (like SCOTUS Anthony M. Kennedy) to fend for them selves with getting their stories out! Yes, there is no other way in the USA if you don’t die first from the “Mafia Hits” sent your way, as punishment, to your whistle blowing on the powerful!

Fortunately, as with most unfortunate truths, there’s always something or someone out in the world who will actually help get the truth out…this would be you, yourself and I, through people powered media, along with the occasional wide eyed optimist who believes still that they are making a difference with exposing real truths, such as on their own Internet radio program etc. And they are, but the nature of what they do, behind the scenes, in spite of what the MSM claims and spins, and the alternative blasts across the airways, is alternative to the alternative which makes most of the public think, “I’ve never heard this before I bet it’s not true”? When in fact, what we learn from these out of the way Internet radio programs and individual stories is actually the only truth there is, Period!

So who cares whether the truth gets out? You should actually because these truths could be the difference between whether you and your family, for instance, get robbed by your financial institution or even someone else, while there will never be anything done about it…not even an investigation! So best you make sure these thefts don’t happen at all, since there is no recourse. As it stands today, the public is playing Russian roulette with their lives and assets in the USA! It’s merely a matter of time before you too will be struggling to get a horrendous financial crime committed by someone you should be able to trust, such as your financial institution, (money manager, trustees, stock brokerage, attorneys) investigated and prosecuted. It won’t happen and instead you, as a victim, will be kicked to the curb with what feels like a mafia hit for reporting the horrendous crime(s).You'll suspect there’s some large entity pulling the strings?

At first you won’t notice this mafia hit actually, it’ll just appear that you’re experiencing some more bad luck in your life after the original crime(s) committed against you and your trust. You’ll notice everything you do, everyone you hire including attorneys, write, including financial watchdogs and attorney generals, ignore you with obtuse form letters or if representing you, in some capacity, they’ll be purposely withholding evidence from judges. You’ll deal with this for years in between more federal crimes committed against you, then your business, until you’re completely homeless and penniless. Then you’ll notice you absolutely cannot retain employment in spite of advanced qualifications, nor can you get government assistance of any kind. Past President Bush and President Obama ignore your “death row” begging-for-your-life-letters.

Finally your suspicions become a reality by realizing your life is being controlled by another entity, while you haven’t a cent to your name, homeless and hungry… dependent on selling your belongings in order to survive. There aren’t churches or charities that will help either? Is it our USA Government? Who else could it be? Who’s paying whom off? Just who is being protected?

Well in my case there’s a number of entities involved. We have KeyBank who most of the public doesn’t even know exists though they are a national bank, represented in every state in the USA, including Cologne, Germany, and considered mafia owned by victims to their federal crimes. And, there are secretively many more victims across the country, silenced. Then there’s NBD (National Bank of Detroit) now owned by Chase. There’s UBS Paine Webber, (was)Shearson Lehman and McDonalds Investments secretly (at the time) owned by KeyBank. Before my case against KeyBank was over they sold McDonald Investments. Why? I don’t know for sure but there is 80M$s of my trust account that has disappeared while McDonald Investments was involved with my now ex-husband’s failing business, (Davis Industries) in evaluating and selling it for close to 80M$s to Tesma International, close to the exact value of my trust! Hum, I at least smell a rat in why KeyBank sold McDonalds Investments and in why the attorney I hired to retrieve my assets, instead dismissed McDonald Investments from the lawsuit. Add the fact that SCOTUS Anthony M. Kennedy was my attorney advising and helping set up a trust to protect my assets from 1970-1978 and now refuses to return my file is quite telling? It’s been eight years since I started asking on my own and supposedly as long by attorneys I’ve hired with no response. See this is the kind of stuff the media withholds from the public:>{Alternative media reports what MSM already revealed and alternative, alternative chooses subjects that won’t get them in trouble…like news flashes on the dead and what they’ve been up to lately!

My final remark on all this, after being stomped again by another alternative, alternative making sociopathic promises to interview me, and never showing up with excuses a two year old could spot, is this. Wake up America and listen very closely to those of us that have been victimized by federal crimes. So far Americans are heard saying, “OMG I refuse to watch the news anymore; it’s not news it’s a performance and soap opera; plus it’s all a bunch of lies”! Yet, these same viewers have a problem believing a story, such as mind, if they didn’t hear it on national news? At the same time people powered outlets like Twitter and Facebook are being censored for content such as on what I reveal.

When are Americans going to realize we’re being led by a Hitler regime only worse, because we’re being controlled to our deaths, by MSM, from behind the scenes. Hitler didn’t hide as much!

This is what I believe is going on with the alternative news sources I’ve had experience with so far. First of all remember this if nothing else; these alternative sources and websites must keep a good relationship with the financial institutions in their area or they might have the same thing happen to them as has happened to me. Being a true activist is very dangerous and can only make a difference if you’re willing to die for your cause. I have no other choice than to choose to die for my cause; it’s either take this chance or die anyway.

Some of these worker bees, otherwise known as alternative reporters, helping homeowners save their property are mortgage bankers, attorneys and even once ran for some office or held it. Normally one would think, “Then I have the best of the best helping me.” Not always true! Remember these individuals must play two ends against the middle or lose all their connections to the almighty dollar.

How they help the homeowner to the unsuspecting-scared-out-of-their-mind-victims is by stopping a foreclosure using whatever means while money is changing hands, much of this money coming from the victim when because of the federal crimes committed shouldn’t cost the them a dime; they should be getting money from the financial institution or mortgage company committing federal crimes to take their property? The serious federal crimes are not being exposed or they’re being downplayed! Yes, we’ve heard about some like robo-signing but this my friends is nothing compared to what is actually going on. The media, including alternative is appeasing consumers with exposing the small crimes to divert the public from the gigantic ones, while all media helps keep these serious crimes underground, including Martin Andelman and Bill Windsor to name two! They aren’t the only ones…trust me!

This isn’t about a battle for justice anymore? No, I’ve fought a battle against federal crimes against me by financial institutions for many years; longer than most and I’m here to tell you there are no legal remedies. Oh, you’ll go through years of amended complaints, court hearings; disappointments with judges’ orders; re-filing; hearing lies about the laws from your own attorney; your attorney unethically withdrawing from representing you; hiring new attorneys; appeals; seeking foreclosure guru websites, and finally settlements where you’ll get from the defendant (financial institution) nothing compared to your devastation. It’s usually like a sixteenth of a penny for every million dollars of loss to you with the unlawful, criminal, federal crime foreclosure. In other words there is no justice for these outrageous crimes committed against you and your family. Many of you have just embarked onto your journey to find this out:>( Our USA legal system is corrupt and in bed with the USA Government protecting the financial institutions. Period!

You will then hear this from many others who sucked it up and believe anyone who fights for their rights is a loser, “Just get on with your life and forget about it; remain positive”! Believe me I’ve become confident that the term “The Secret” was started by our government as one way to shut the sheeple up along with “Abraham”.

Have we noticed? Crime today is perfectly acceptable and we the victims are considered “sick” or better yet “nuts” for demanding our civil and constitutional rights to justice! The devastation these crimes have left in our paths is nothing less than a slow death to many. I know it has been for us and since I don’t get out and about much anymore, because I have no vehicle or a bus stop near by, I don’t get the opportunity to chat much with others in person. I do have nice chats on Twitter and Facebook:>) Actually I’m horrified as I listen and watch others seek justice for mostly unlawful foreclosures, because I know from experience these poor homeowners-become-victims will never win their battles; never get their homes, back, albeit temporarily, and by the time they’re done with attorneys and courts they’ll have no money left either.

Besides, these unlawful foreclosures are rampant in society today! Does this fact concern anyone? Do we wonder why someone in a financial institution somewhere can’t seem to get it right? You know like handle loan documents correctly; receive monthly payments and credit them to the proper accounts? Our society is far too advanced for there to be these ridiculous issues with home mortgages? So, the issues have had to be created purposely, while the proper government authorities purposely ignore the crimes. So we need to ask ourselves why?

Why to our government, hopefully someone in charge, would be far more effective than constant advice from well-meaning and sinister foreclosure experts? Well-meaning or not these so-called foreclosure experts are making money off our being victims to federal crimes. Instead we should be demanding answers from our government! Of course I’m sure you’ve noticed, the government never discusses the unlawful foreclosures and when they touch on the subject, their response indicates that they have no control over what the financial institutions are doing? Yes, well this is how Obama responds. To be fair, this is also how Bush responded.

Come on “we the people” you can’t possibly believe our government doesn’t have the ability to stop these financial institutions from committing crimes against you and your family? Our taxes pay for Eric Holder and many other financial watchdogs to protect the public from financial abuse by the financial institutions.

However the truth is, our government doesn’t want to stop these crimes! They like federal crimes because they are benefiting from them. So around and around we go and you say to me, “Talk all you want about our government, I know they’re corrupt but this is just the way it is; nothing can be or will be done about it. We just have to move on.”

Ok, lets move on to hiring attorneys to save our homes that were taken from us by federal crimes. In my case I’ve actually had assets embezzled by a number of financial institutions also, and live in the streets today because of the horrendous crimes committed against my trust and me. And you thought a trust protected your assets? But, the attorneys aren’t doing anything other than playing two ends against the middle. Yes, we’ve always wondered how one minute our attorney is in battle with opposing counsel in court then they dine together the same evening. This is because an attorney’s first responsibility, unbeknownst to their client until they’ve had experience, is to keep all people involved with a lawsuit happy except their client! A client is to always be screwed over while the judge, attorney and defendant make money!

So here we have financial institutions stealing our assets; a government who sanctions the behavior but says they don’t; attorneys who say they’ll help but won’t. Judges who are also corrupt or could care less! Americans are furious! In come foreclosure experts as they call themselves. People we shouldn’t need if our government authorities were doing their jobs, but they aren’t. The foreclosure experts take more of our money for their advice, often on what law firm to hire, as the attorneys still play two ends against the middle, screwing their clients over! Summand the state bars, who don’t hold any attorney accountable whether you found them on your own or the foreclosure expert gave you their name. Ok then call the media! No they won’t report these continued crimes. Call the alternative media! No they won’t report anything the MSM doesn’t cover?

Then give up, temporarily after twelve years of battle for regrouping, while now starving to death, and call your local church or charity for food and shelter. No you’ll very likely not qualify or these agencies are so use to getting away with basically the same federal crimes as the financial institutions they’ll just arrogantly laugh in your face and kick you to the curb!

“Get employment,” you say? No, that possibility ended the day one reported the federal crimes to the proper US government authorities. Reporting federal crimes in the USA to, Eric Holder earns you a “Mafia Hit” that will prevent your retaining employment or government assistance, while you peddle your belongings in the streets for money to eat and live in your car. “Where do you keep personal items and legal documents?” you ask. Well they are all in a storage unit whose existence gave way to the new reality TV program Storage Wars! Yes, Storage Wars and programs like this now define America! “Get something for nothing at a victim’s expense!”

That’s fine, “lets try this Twitter and Facebook thing; I’ll be my own informer.” And, it is a very pleasant experience but the powers that be here work very hard to abolish the first amendment concerning content, especially mine! “Well never mind, get my book out there to the public and inform,” as I must watch millions of Americans and Europeans still talking about what to do concerning their latest foreclosure; trying methods I know from experience don’t work; hiring attorneys I know are mostly all criminals; contacting government agencies who will never do their jobs, I’ve contacted them multiple times! But, the public is in the dark, just where our government and media wants them. Well until these victims learn what Larry and I have learned they’re in the dark! Awakened as we are now they’re probably told what we’re advised by those who haven’t a problem in the world compared to ours; neophyte victims to the federal crimes; paid foreclosure experts and activists with only so much experience, “Oh for Gods sake quit feeling sorry for yourselves and keep moving forward! You have to work hard to get justice today!” I’m thinking, “Really? Does this include being constantly re-victimized by what I’d call “whores”? This would be, those in society looking to make a dime off of other’s misery?

You might ask,"Well don't you have family or friends who can help"? The answer is simple, "No, family and friends get tired of the kind of problems we have so they cut you loose with an attitude indicating we aren't doing all we can to help ourselves!" But, then again many of my family are involved with the original federal crime, embezzlement of my funds, along with the financial institutions so they aren't at all excited to help in any way. They concur with the USA Government in wanting me dead! They certainly don't want to be putting up with a whistleblower longer than they have to!

Yeah! That must be what Larry and I are missing! The “sticktutiveness” that made the United States of America once great! We’ll have to work on this! However,I just counted how many years we have worked and smartly too; it's been sixteen years!

There’s A Time & A Place To Use Butt; Especially When Talking To A Butt Head!

So I’ve had 80M$s embezzled out of my trust account and lost three multimillion dollar pieces of property (two were my homes) from illegal foreclosures and federal crimes committed by financial institutions. Had most of my furniture stolen by these monsters also while having to sell the rest so I could eat. I've been living in a tent for three years, as the attorneys I’ve hired committed more federal crimes against me and the reason I don’t get the right kind of legal help is because I’ve used the wrong words in describing my problem during the last twelve years. Really?

What a liberal bunch of crap, which I’ve heard before using slightly different variations in phrases. But what’s really interesting to me is I’ve heard remarks like this from people belonging to all political parties. Today, it doesn’t matter anymore whether you’re a liberal, conservative or independent, if you’ve been drinking the Kool- Aid you’d probably go along with the advice above. You know, “Use the correct words while describing your problems with the financial institutions and you might get something done"!

Oh my God! This is not true, and why should anyone mince words when it comes to crimes? Murder is called murder, why are federal financial crimes considered bad words almost as if one is using the “f” word inappropriately? Oh don’t say federal crime or accuse anyone of such, “Shame on you for saying that “ is the attitude? The attorneys especially sell this bill of goods to, you the victim, of horrific federal financial crimes. This is the first lie you’ll hear as you seek legal help for federal financial crimes committed against you.

You see we aren’t supposed to use the word “fraud” either when we complain to an attorney or financial institution about federal crimes committed against us? It’s a bad word, throws the defendant off course because fraud is very difficult to prove in a court of law?

Hello people this is attorney language for, “I don’t want to take your case on because I’m really protecting the bank you want to hire me to sue though I advertise for the plaintiff; the truth is this financial institution is planning to hire my firm and me next year and I can’t wait; be making lots of money:>)) Or here’s my favorite, “If you don’t have the account statements we can’t prove anything; you don’t have a case”!

Well of course you don’t have the account statements, the bank withheld them; quit sending them; so you’d have a difficult time proving anything! There's always the process of subpoenaing these statements, by a judge’s order, but the judges help the financial institutions by completely avoiding this process? Plus the financial institutions have the capability to adjust your bank statements ladies and gentlemen! Or weren’t you aware?

Fraud and federal crimes are really very easy to prove but the legal system puts all their energy into hiding the crimes, and this is what makes proving difficult. But it’s your own attorney that starts the ball rolling towards masking the federal crimes committed by these financial institutions and financial elite, while the judges are most happy to oblige. And from others I’ve spoken to, involved with CPS, the corruption in the courts and with the legal profession are the same…corrupt!

The liberal advice I received today started with what I’ve revealed above and it ended with my being told I’m basically a victim who uses the word “but” way too often. I need to continue to move forward and stop whining about the financial institutions proclivity to corruption? I was also told that the reason federal crimes banks commit aren’t addressed is because if they were no one would put their money in a financial institution!

Dah to this one!

The person who shared these wise words of wisdom with me did so with support in her voice for the financial institutions? I guess she momentarily forgot that I’d had 80M$s embezzled by a few financial institutions; lost three multimillion dollar properties which were completely paid for, through illegal foreclosure; and both criminally lost my furniture in these illegal foreclosures or had to sell the rest so I could eat. Then again she may not care? I don’t feel the same way as she does.

Expanding on my conversation with this person I’m told that I must understand the mindset of the banker who needs to earn money to feed his family, while I’m standing in the rain outside my tent, of three years, talking to her on a borrowed cell phone that has bad reception sometimes. Well not this time, the reception was great as if God Himself decided it should be; I needed to hear this person’s continued absurdity!

I mean she’s making excuses for “banksters” while it was banksters who destroyed my life with serious federal crimes that the US Government authorities purposely ignore! She didn’t seem to have any opinion on government authority corruption! But this was when she said, “If you use the right words with these financial institutions you’ll get somewhere. I learned this and have saved my property.” What this person doesn’t realize, because I don’t believe she’s up on my story, is that I saved my properties too for many years but the financial institution won out in the end. If things don’t change in this country I’m sadly confident she’ll lose her property in the end too.

When I raised the fact that our US Government authorities are paid by our taxes to protect us from financial institution abuse she said, “So you think that’s where I taxes go?” My response was, “No of course not but that’s what we’re told and we both know nobody knows the truth about anything the US Government is doing and here in lies the problem; they are corrupt while continuing to take our money; creating more agencies that do nothing; some may even be shell agencies that actually don't exist. Plus they're ignoring federal financial crimes!” Well my opinion went completely dismissed and she moved onto, “You need to stop complaining and get active in doing something to help; you shouldn’t just complain and blame.”

I’m thinking (because I know I’ve lost the battle with her before it begins), “Gee I’ve written a four part memoir exposing what I’ve experienced, seen in the banks and legal world that unless a person has been a victim to these federal crimes they wouldn’t know they existed. I’ve also, along with my partner Larry, written three completed movie scripts with a TV series, a dramedy, in the works. All this work exposes while entertaining so don’t tell me I’m not doing my part.” Has she noticed what the MSM and alternative media has done on this horrific subject of unaddressed federal crimes? After you’ve read my book you’ll be shocked to see just how much the media lies!

Well before I could finish my thought I’m told, “You need to walk into the court house and demand a judge look at your documents, you have that right you know!” By this time I’m no longer giving my opinion, I just respond with, “But I don’t even have a car anymore because of these crimes and the “Mafia Hit” our government has out for both Larry and me.” Her violent reaction is, “Quit feeling sorry for yourself and stop using “but.” I don’t want to hear the word “but” keep moving forward instead! My daughter doesn’t have a car and takes the bus now. See she found a way to get what she wanted. It might take her longer to get to work but she’s getting it done. I’m so proud of her.” If this person where paying attention she’d realize there are no buses that come by our tent for twenty miles!

I’m thinking again not wanting to respond because I know whatever I say will be met with an outrageous answer based on no facts. “I tell you some people armed with positive thinking sound ridiculous when they use it to avoid the obvious, which is our government authorities are allowing all the federal financial crimes to continue in this country and there is no place to go and get help, I’ve been to every one of them and been ignored! Senators, congressmen/women, assemblymen/women and all media have ignored me. Past President Bush and Obama whom I’ve written multiple times when all else failed have also ignored me. This is why I finally wrote a book!”

Oh my God then this person says, "You need to stop going to sources who are abusing you more and move on quicker." Again I'm thinking and now getting angry, "Oh really, where does one go when the authorities at the top and every other person who claimed they could help haven't and you wouldn't know this fact until you've come full circle? I just keep looking;been looking since1999. You have an answer?" She said, "No"

I do agree with one of this persons’ opinions; “Everything happens for a reason.” Yes, I live by this too. I see that I’ve had certain experiences that can finally open Americans’ eyes and ears if they’ll look and listen.

Of course if this person had the facts about my story she’d know that the last time Larry and I tried to fight an illegal eviction by standing our ground in the court house the judge threaten to throw us in jail. This is why I don’t walk into courthouses and demand attention. It’s not going to do anyone any good if we’re in jail! I think this person’s advice is dangerous:>(

Then the subject of Larry, our small wienie dog, BuBu and my starvation issue came up (haven’t eaten in almost a week so far) where I’m told to go to the local food bank for food. Obviously again I have more experience with this to know that it doesn’t work and I’m confident most Americans don’t realize this either, unless they have been a victim! You see one must qualify to receive food from food banks and we don’t! In fact with the “Mafia Hit” we received from our US Government for being whistleblowers to horrendous federal crime (80M$ embezzlement) committed by NBD (Chase) Paine Webber (UBS) and Shearson Lehman with Justice Anthony M. Kennedy at the helm, as my attorney, from 1979-1978, we’re headed for dying in the streets. Our US Government has made sure of this! So in our so-called “negative thinking” inappropriate use of “but” unwillingness to suck up all this crime as “it’s ok get over it” and doing whatever to survive, this makes us losers? I’ve heard it all now! But I’ve heard it before too.

I’m assuming “Mafia Hits” by our US Government as punishment for exposure of unaddressed federal crimes, preventing the victims from even getting employment isn’t believable? Well we’re here to tell you it’s true, not just a movie script!

Another intelligent remark I’ve heard out of this person’s mouth was “We have to work together for exposure and change” and this is true but people with agendas trying to make a dime off of us whom have been seriously attacked by unaddressed federal crimes is not working together.

So when I shared with this person about what I’ve experienced and therefore know about the corruption everywhere including in the charities, churches and food banks she said in front of others so they’d hear her, “I’ll help you get some food don’t worry, we’ll talk about it later.” Well for people who are starving later needs to be in the next half hour. She said this to me yesterday afternoon. Larry and I went to bed, (in our tent) for the third night in a row, after three years living here, very hungry. It’s not like we haven’t been here before and it seems somehow an angel or situation to help always appears; I’m confident at this point it won’t be this person’s help we’ll get.

What does this person do to create change? From what I’ve observed she filibusters! And, we have less food today than yesterday?

I was also given connections for help by this person; one was for a room for Larry and I to live in until we can get our lives straightened out; the other was supposedly someone who can help us legally but isn’t an attorney. After a brief introduction to both of these people yesterday I haven’t heard another word. I feel confident that once again Larry, BuBu and I are on our own as far as help goes. We’ve done it alone for over twelve years already, I believe we can continue, but we’re losers with a poor perception of our situation? Well this is the message we often receive, subliminally installed into the publics’ subconscious, often expressed by an individual, created by the media.

Below is a law not being upheld in this country and should be; it would solve most of Americas’ problems.

18 USC § 4 - Misprision of felony

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

This law is broken everyday by Eric Holder and most state attorney generals as they purposely ignore all federal financial crimes committed by the financial institutions & financial elite. Then the attorneys and judges manipulate documents, withhold proof of federal crimes from judges; then judges claim certain proof (you know the undeniable proof) won't be accepted as evidence! What's worse the media won't say a word including alternative! We live in a very sick country! Corruption!

This is what I’ve observed in this country; the liberal minded thinkers out number everybody and many are our leaders; truth seekers and believers in right and wrong are chastised; a large number of citizens are in denial and take drugs in order to stay there or they’re into “the secret” as if positive thinking will solve everything while this coupled with taking action actually will, and a small group just want to live their lives expressing themselves through their creativity appreciating everything God created.

So how do we stop federal financial crimes that threaten all Americans when the only authorities that can stop these horrendous crimes are the government authorities i.e. Attorney General Holder, state attorney generals; FBI; financial watchdogs and media both MSM and alternative, while instead they’re all in bed with the financial institutions? None of the attorneys can actually help no matter what they tell you, because again these are federal crimes destroying lives, not civil. And, if an attorney doesn’t have an agenda to get whatever he can from a lawsuit filed against your lender or financial institution, just by signing a contract with you, where he actually never really helps but gets paid “costs” at least, the good ones will send you to Attorney General Holder; the really good attorneys know Attorney General Holder; state attorney generals; DAs; financial watchdogs and FBI do nothing, but a civil lawsuit against a financial institution won’t either!

Ladies and gentlemen there’s only one thing you should know, there is no one in government, the Senate or Congress you can petition complaining for change. They are all part of the crimes.

In order to solve a problem one must understand what it is. From my personal experience of over twelve years with horrendous federal crimes committed against my trust and me; trying to get an investigation by the proper authorities, the problem is government corruption. Until we’re all on the same page with this, nothing will ever change, including getting the media to actually work for the people instead of hiding government crimes against us.

Finally I must comment once again about how the attitude concerning our situation is, “For God’s sake you were once an heiress so you should be grateful for this and just move on and forget about all this crime! Get over it!”

“Really?” I always say. “This is the problem in our country. Forget about these crimes and move on; don’t share as a way to warn others so as to protect them from the same fate or start creating changes. Don’t expose federal crimes consumers have no clue about, which the media purposely hides from the public!" And after over twelve years of Larry and I working daily on this problem I’m a bit sarcastic and angry, I believe I deserve a break? Yet, it’s obvious after the way some respond to our small family plight we’re not allowed. In fact the message is, "You have no right to be angry.”

Let me ask you, “How would you feel if everything were totally ripped away from you, because of federal crimes; even your ability to retain employment? And for eight years you get to be re-traumatized, almost daily, because you must spend your days selling your belongings to eat, while living in your truck or the streets? The government authorities, the only authorities that can address federal crimes, ignore you and at the same time they’re actively trying to assure your death from behind closed doors of secrecy?

The truth is the closer I get to the truth the more unaware people resist it! The fact is the sooner we all face the truth and together expose and protect ourselves; demand change even if we have to create this change ourselves, the sooner corruption will become less of an issue in our financial institutions and government.

I have surmised from experience that many people are so busy with envy that I was once an heiress that they miss the message I bring to all Americans through my experience.

“What happens to one, is a metaphor to what will happen to you in time.” If not exposed! I believe strongly this message is my purpose in life and the reason these horrific crimes came to me.

Please if you want to save your financial lives amidst government corruption that doesn’t look like it will change anytime soon, read, God’s On Our Side Sweetie! But The Devil Has Control! You'll be shocked by what is actually going on in this country behind our backs.

Now I ask you why are Americans spending a good portion of their lives in a courtroom, (if their fortunate enough to have their day in court anymore) otherwise struggling with proving federal crime has been committed against them by a financial institution, instead of being protected by laws already in place eliminating such strife?

It’s insane!

I mean if the federal laws, already in place, were being upheld do you think financial institutions would commit horrendous federal crimes against their customers while wearing an arrogant f#@$ing smile across their lips? Then when you call them on it they purposely commit more federal crimes, as in ‘Mafia Hit’ against you, as their f#@$ing smile grows into laughter?

Finally you’ve had it with trying to discuss problems with the bank president and hire a banking attorney who unbeknownst to you lies about laws and may have once sat on the bank’s board of directors, still does or wrote the tiny script seen on all loan documents? But they are very careful about revealing any of this, or be honest, so as not to perjure them selves, not that it really matters because as long as they have the judge on their side they can lie all they want. Padding a judge pocket often helps. Attorneys lie about the rules of the court and how a complaint is written and why it’s written the way it is? Sometimes they don’t show up in court for a hearing with the judge, the judge dismisses the case and doesn’t mention this fact about the attorney not being present in his/her ruling? Instead he/she may write, “Dismissed for lack of evidence”.

“Wow, whatever could he/she have meant?” Well in my case when I questioned my attorney I got, “Oh I subpoenaed the account statements and they haven’t shown up yet. Don’t worry I can re-file once the UBS, McDonald & KeyBank statements of your trust account show up.” Now why would I question this answer from a prominent attorney with state bar memberships from California to Florida and most states in between and in good standing with them all too? I wouldn’t ten years ago, but today? My God I have a difficult time trusting any attorney today. Whatever advice I’d get now, I’d run to the law library and look up my best option on my own. Not that this would actually do any good because the judges are all corrupt too. And, no matter what federal law you can prove has been annihilated by a financial institution the judge will pull something like this if he were telling the truth, “I’m not allowing that black n white evidence into my courtroom today it’s too black n white and may incriminate the criminals, whereby I’ll have to find them guilty and lose my pocket padding, so we’ll skip that proof”. (Smile)

The truth is our legal system is set up to be criminal with all its, “That’s attorney client privilege crap” as an answer to all uncomfortable questions from behind locked doors of secrecy. Then all a judge has to do is say, “I won’t allow that into evidence”. Or this is my favorite, normally said differently, using important legal phrases, but might as well be said just like this, “I’ve changed my mind, you will not have your day in court, instead you’re evicted from your 2M$ home by your attorney who’s committing moral turpitude; lying about having a law license in Colorado; sports 85% fake CVs on his law firm website, committed bank fraud and bankruptcy fraud in his capacity as your attorney and been charged by the CalBar in the past. Oh and you say Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, our SCOTUS, has had something to do with all this as he was once your attorney but he won’t give you your file? Well hell this case is adjourned. Good day”. (Smile)

Lets not mention that all the state bars other than perhaps Kansas hide crimes their attorneys commit, in a secret place, on their state bar site where you practically have to siphon blood out of your arm, hold your mouth just right and spend three months perusing their site to figure out how it works in order to find an attorney’s discipline records. What the public sees easily, with little effort, pops up right away and the report is always squeaky clean unless an attorney ends up as a state bar scapegoat for some corrupt law firm; he/she has pissed another attorney off or murdered more than twenty clients. However, after what I’ve seen and experienced I’m assured state bars protect even attorneys who are serial killers. I wish I merely had someone in my family who wouldn’t have only one purpose in my life, which has always been stealing money from me when they had plenty of their own?

A state bar is an attorney’s ally not their disciplinary board. In fact if your goal in life is to be a criminal becoming an attorney would be your best option for having a long, successful career at any crime you chose.

I can also guarantee becoming a judge will protect you from any kind of prosecution as well under the same circumstances as for attorneys, The Commission on Judicial Conduct protects their own as well.

So if any of the powerful professionals in law are naughty who punishes them for their crimes? Likewise, when the “banksters” are naughty who holds them accountable? Who holds presidents, governors and other government officials accountable? Come on you know the answer. It’s no one while money flies under tables going at lightning speeds into pinstriped pockets. And, you pay taxes for this behavior!

Consequently we the people must demand a stop to this! We are the only ones above all these criminals! And, believe me, today they have no fear of us as we shout across social media with rage that goes nowhere but straight into the ears of our enemy, our USA Government!

After what I’ve seen, I trust the financial institutions, attorneys, judges & government know exactly how each legal issue will turn out way before you spend ten years fighting for your home for instance, spending every red cent you have left to prove federal crimes while the legal world, those you’ve hired to represent you, are orchestrating and manipulating how it will all turn out…in the house favor, not yours. I even know someone who’s set up a fundraiser seeking donations so she can pay her attorney to fight her foreclosure in court? I don’t fault her, she’s where I was ten years ago, believing the law will prevail!

Instead she’ll end up, like many others at the very best, losing her home, being paid a miniscule amount by the bank in settlement while the attorney & judge lies to her about why it all turned out this way preventing a court trial. By now, after close to ten years or longer a person is so f#@$ing tired they’re settling for whatever. They have lost everything including their excellent credit illegally destroyed by federal crime; the financial institution and attorney have won everything. And, they’re already in the midst of another bogus legal battle that they presently know how will turn out.

Again, with all the federal laws neatly established why would anyone need to spend their lives in court proving a law had been broken? Why do financial institutions arrogantly break these laws faster than lightning speed and everyday as if they’ll never be held accountable? Because they know they won’t be; they’re making extra money by what they’ve stolen from you, even if they have to pay you something, it’s nothing compared to what they gained by committing the federal crime in the first place; the corrupt attorney is happy to get paid costs from their client which they don’t have to prove is owed to them until the financial institution they supposedly just went up against hires them where they’ll make big bucks!

Conflict of interest laws aren’t upheld in this country either, just so you know. I mean bank presidents are running for USA office and politicians are becoming bank presidents? And, they're all laughing at "we the people" putting up with this!

Here’s one simple example of what I’ve been through; my 3M$ ten acre trust owned property in Sun Valley, Idaho was completely paid for; I built the home from scratch for $350,000.00 cash. Yes I made a very good real estate decision and my property appreciated a lot. I mean the experts advise these kinds of investments. What they don’t tell you is if you are fortunate enough to make a great decision such as this, a financial institution is waiting in the wings to steal it from you any way they can and you don’t have to have a loan against your property in order for a financial institution to foreclose. In fact your home can be in a trust, which should protect it, but hello ladies and gentlemen it doesn’t. In fact a trust protecting your assets is like wet pain to a financial institution. They just plain old ignore this expensive legal volt of protection, ignore a judicial foreclosure demanded by law for a trust owned property and foreclose non-judicially. Why? Because they want to; want the property; costs less; won’t be forced to litigate; takes a whole year less time and the judge won’t have to look at the documents in a non-judicial foreclosure. So law or no law the attorneys, with the judge’s help, throw all laws to the wind and foreclose using a personal loan, (which by the way is paid up ahead by a year) because the home is owned outright. And they don’t leave it at this they boldly steal all your furniture too! Then the bank turns around and sells your beautiful log home in the mountains of Sun Valley, Idaho (the home you were never in default on) to a bank executive (probably from KeyBank) for half it’s value, while destroying the value of the other properties in the area.

So the next time your trusted money manager or attorney recommends that you take out a small loan for tax purposes, run from the idea because a financial institution will use your little loan to foreclose on you, in spite of the fact that it’s against the law. In fact the federal crimes have become so bold in this country that it won’t be long before a bank forecloses on you for being overdrawn on your checking account if it hasn’t happened already?

Believe me the financial institutions and legal world have gone helter skelter because they have our USA politicians & government thirsting for their money and legal wrangling to get them elected and out of trouble or helping them face trouble while automatically protecting them from being discovered. It’s a given.

Our government should be an example for the rest of us; leading to uphold the laws and because they aren’t, on purpose, there is no change that can take place in this country.

All that is going on, at this point, are continuous federal laws being broken by the most powerful people in society, financial institutions, while the legal world protects them from being investigated, charged and prosecuted and the government likes it like this because they benefit while they don’t possess the kind of ethics and morals to rise above the corruption and lead.

How many people realize government authorities; financial watchdogs and FBI are the only authorities to address federal crimes? These cases concerning federal crimes by financial institutions are not supposed to be litigated civilly. An honest attorney, after merely hearing of cases like mine and those of millions of other Americans, would direct the victims to the attorney general. It’s true! This is where these cases belong while the attorney general investigates the financial institution. Why? Because these crimes concern all consumers doing business with this particular financial institution and so the one federal crime could be part of thousands more affecting many customers and potential customers. An attorney general doing his job would want to stop these crimes committed by the powerful financial institutions. It’s their job for which our taxes are paid.

This in my mind is one of the reasons the financial institutions just commit crime after crime, knowing all along no one will stop them, certainly not Eric Holder or any of the state attorney generals, while the poor public gravels with the one thing they have left, civil law suits filed by attorneys with an agenda; know they can’t win but happy to be paid costs, and little knowledge about what’s going on in the federal financial institutions.

Apparently it’s not Eric Holder’s job either, at least not as far as he’s concerned so therefore he should be fired! And there isn’t a state attorney general in my jurisdictions, Michigan, Idaho, Colorado and California who do their jobs either? They need to all be fired!

With the federal laws we have in place and the taxes we pay to have these laws implemented there is no reason there should be a pandemic of federal crimes and illegal foreclosures?

The financial institutions should be scared to death to commit these federal crimes because of stiff regulations and prosecutions. And if they slip crimes through once in a while, in a not so perfect world trying it’s best, then why should a consumer have to spend more money over and above what has already been stolen from them through federal crimes? Come on people civil law suits are about arguing over whose fault something is and proving it? When a financial institution embezzles, extorts and launders our funds out of our checking, savings, trust and stock accounts or illegally forecloses on our property there’s no question as to who’s fault it is and we the public are not on the same playing field as the financial institution. They have all these documents, statements and computer programs we don’t have and they also manipulate the system in hiding documents along with having access to many more avenues than we the people have to hide facts. Just how does an individual fight a corrupt financial institution, against an army of banking attorneys, who have tons of money to fight with: far more knowledge about the law, how to corrupt it and how to hide facts and documents than we do or our attorney might? Our attorney, who would be far happier representing the bank than us because they are assured of being paid, just wants to get our case over with; at least be paid their costs in case they lose; become friends with the financial institution executives so they’ll hire he/she and their law firm next time. It’s all about money not the law or justice!

If you’re skeptical about what I’ve just said about attorneys who take on these bank cases I invite you to contact every law firm who handles banks in Idaho and inquire about filing suit against KeyBank. You will be told they can’t help you because they represent KeyBank. Does it concern you that a criminal bank would scoop up all the law firms in their area, creating conflict of interest issues so the public can’t hire them if need be? Why would any bank need over a hundred law firms in one state representing them? Then again, maybe KeyBank sent a massive email out to all law firms in Idaho telling them I’d be calling and that they should turn me down. No matter what our powerful legal system is sick, twisted, corrupt and mostly criminal.

Do you think these outrageous unaddressed federal crimes and the attorneys and judges who help circumvent the laws could have something to do with our very weak economy? Personally I don’t see any remedies to any problems as long as federal crime is our USA foundation, which it is today.

Now lets talk about the media on which I won’t take much of your time but to say, the media whether MSM or alternative does not tell the public the truth as they withhold, twist, lie, sensationalize and lie some more with just one goal in mind…manipulating the public!

The media should be held legally responsible for all financial damages to millions of USA homeowners, whom have been challenged by illegal foreclosures, because they aren’t telling the public the truth! They should also be slapped with a defamation of character lawsuit for reporting that these foreclosures are the consumer’s fault!

Another untruth the media spouts concerns all the filings in court suing financial institutions! I challenge you to follow these so-called lawsuits all the way to the end if you can still find articles written about cases after the initial report? Most are dismissed! Then if a financial institution somehow ends up being a scapegoat, for the mere purpose of calming the public, see what they end up paying which by the way goes to the law firm, who annihilates the terms of their contract with no fear of the law, not the suffering victims to the federal crimes. An example would be that the financial institution pay a sixteenth of a penny for every one hundred thousand dollars they criminally embezzled, extorted, laundered or foreclosed upon. Hey to them it’s the cost of doing business and worth every penny including their time in court and settlement rooms. To the consumer it’s the destruction of their lives.

And, this my friends, along with all the other laws that aren’t upheld in this country, is what’s wrong with our USA and the economy while the media continues to revert your attention to less important issues, even lies to you about the housing market coming back.

Our USA Government learned a lot from the Hitler regime and that is “make it more subtle this time around”!

It is said, by most spiritual teachers and leaders, that no matter what state your life is in one needs to be grateful for what they have no matter how little, in order for life to get better. I believe this. It is also said that one brings into their life what they think about. This I don’t believe.

There are few that had the beautiful life I once had or appreciated it more than I did. And it never occurred to me that a financial institution could embezzle, extort and launder 80M$s out of a trust account while never being held accountable…not even investigated? I wasn’t so stupid as to think there was no such thing as crime? No I knew there was but I believed in the law & legal process, while never fearful about financial loss when I should have been.

Surprise!!!
